Wanted: chiller for nano aquarium

I am looking to buy a small chiller for a Nano aquarium don't want to break the bank but I am interested in what's out there.

Can you just turn down your heater?

My heater is set at 76 my temp sits at 79 to 80. I was just exploreing my options plus i have a healthy supply of extra equipment and wouldnt mind adding another piece.

Put a fan over the top a small usb one.
