I have what I think is a 3 inch or so Chinese algae eater. I got it free and don't want it. I am in Northwest Indiana. 46356. No shipping. I will be at the GCCA swap Sunday December 7 in Hillside if you want me to bring it. FREE

That doesn't look like any Chinese algae eater I've ever seen. lol

May the force be with you.

That's just what I was told it was. Lights are out for tonight. I'll try to get a better pic in the morning. Maybe some sort of birchir?

It almost looks like a loach to me. There are a few slender long loaches - which the body shape looks like from the pics. If you could get a better pic of his face it might help? I know it is hard :/

Its a dinosaur fish I think. They are cool but can get large. Why dont you want it?

I didn't want it because I thought it was CAE like the guy told me. As lo g as its peaceful and isn't going to suck the slime coat off the goldfish he can stay. :)

He's good! Loaches are all really gentle. Not sure about Dojo but both clown and kuhli loaches like to be in groups so you might want to consider more down the road if your tank has space :)

I've housed weather loaches before and they're great and can do well in colder water. Enjoy him/her
