Free Catfish in Virginia..

My Dovii is roughing them up so I need to find a new home for them soon. If I can't find any takers I'll take them to the LFS. Located in Roanoke Va, pickup only.

Bump it up.. I've got takers but they either consist of outdoor ponds or 55 gallons with multiple oscars :irked:

For those that do not know, both these fish attain large sizes thus requiring large housings.

Mudfrog, although most public aquariums and zoos will not take in "hobby fish," you stand a good chance with the TSN if you have one within your vicinity

Thanks for the tip.. I've thought about it but unfortunately the closest one would be over 5 hours away.

Depending on the fish, many will drive out for a freebe (good chance with TSN's). It doesn't hurt to call since most people will not have the required space for such a fish
