That sounds like you want dwarf hair grass BUT FYI DHG requires good lighting, root tabs or a nutrient soil, and possibly CO2. If not, if wouldnt hurt... I have it growing in my tank if you are interested.

Same, I'm in New Jersey and in need of driftwood for my upcoming breeding setup. I don't mind the price as long as its not like 5$ a pound x.x

The tanks I have the dwarf sag in have no special lighting n it does just fine.
