Me too! It takes 2-3 weeks to get them but they are huge! Well worth the wait.

Do you put them all in the tank or just 1?

nooo just one or part of one depending on the size of the tank. I put 1 in a 20 to 29g and part of 1 in anything less.

Okay, do they relieve stress from the betta?

They create a more natural environment for bettas which can relieve some stress yes. The chemicals in the leaves also have healing properties so they are especially good for when you aquire a new betta or have a sick one.
