Wanted: Plants for my refugium and pistlo shrimp

Hello I just set up a sump refugium and I'm looking for plants to put in it don't know anything about what kind you put in it hoping someone has some extra for sale that could help me out also looking for two pistol shrimp for my gobys I just bought my local lfs can't seem to get me any if anyone has anything please let me know thank you
