Good luck on the Festae's, it took me almost 2 years to find mine. I finally found some on Aquabid with the seller Chefjimmy. He's local and I've see the parents and their georgous.

I have 5 in a grow out tank hoping for a pair, they are slow growers averaging around quarter inch per month. You can't even sex them till they hit the 4" range, and mine are around 2" each. I have along way to go myself. Good luck!

No I'm not selling anyone of them till mine pair off. Your better off doing the same as to buy 5-7 juvies and wait for a pair. The larger the fish they more money they command, I've seem a breeding pair of them sell for $400. Each fry is worth roughly $15-25 and with a each spawn producing a minimum of 25 fry that makes these fish good as gold IMO.
