they are called

blue pearl shrimp

There are several types of blue shrimp, Velvet, pearl, bee, tiger, berry and a couple more that I am blanking on right now. Blue velvets are the really blue neos. If you still need snowballs hit me up.

The blue bee is my favorite I have 8 in a 10 gal planted. They are crazy hiders rarely see them.
