Calcium?

How do I know if my little shrimps are getting enough calcium. I read that cacium is really important for proper invert health. So how do I make sure they are getting enough?

I feed mine calcium rich vegetables on occasion such as zucchini, spinach, and squash. Either slightly blanch it or you can freeze it and it should sink. In a hurry, then just stick a metal fork in it and drop it in.
