Can I safely add Prime 2 days after adding Aqueon Water Conditioner?

Can I safely add Prime 2 days after adding Aqueon Water Conditioner? Shrimp are still dying and i've been reading here that I should switch to Prime.

Also I've read that dead shrimp should be left in tank cause their decaying helps the cycle but i'm not happy looking at 10 or more dead shrimp everyday.

I've dosed water conditioners daily during mini-cycles with no issues. I get more of a ph shift (and probably TDS as well) from the water change.
