Cherry shrimp problems

I bought 5 cherry shrimp. All were the same beautiful red. One of them was prego so she is a different tank. But the other 4 are doing funky stuff with there colors. One is red. The others are clear and weird. My parameters are
Nitrate 0
nitrite 0
Alkalinity 50
Hardness 150
Ph 6.8

Shrimp

Shrimp turn clear when stressed are you using any chems?

Why are my Red Cherry Shrimp so pale?

No use of chemicals. Why are only 2 out of the 5 turning clear? If the environment was stressful wouldn't they all be pale/clear?

This happened to my shrimp they were all healthy and then this happens...sort of like there body's were dying inside. They couldnt swim either when I tried to catch them in a net they would swim weirdly upside down. Sadly all eventually died off except for one pregnant mom that I put in my other tank
