Feeding Hair Algae to my mystery snails and ponf snails.

So I just purchashed some hair algae cause I was told tha snails love it. Now that im doing more research. People are trying to get rid of it. Bu i thought if i put a little a a time a day or tw before a water chamge. Would that be ok? I dont want ridiculous amts of it.

I love my snails and my fish and like to find some good stuff for them to eat to keep a varied diet.

I have one tank with hair algae and ramshorn and pond snails and they haven't made a dent in it . mystery snails do eat algae but I haven't tried giving them the hair algae. Interesting idea. I'm following to see what others say.
