I've had ghost shrimp with Harlequin Rasboras and saw no issues there. I think the shrimp are too large for their liking.

I have ghost shrimp in all of my tanks. They mostly get eaten but I don't mind much because they cost me less than a quarter and my puffer loves them!

Ghosts are usually safe enough from small fish. If the fish are big enough to get the shrimp body in their mouth, then they get eaten. Harlequins would only eat babies, if they catch one, not adults. The molly might eat one if it is big enough to do so.
