Some of them are turning white, then eventually die. Is this normal?
I have a 10 gallon shrimp only tank, and change 1/3 of the water each week. Is this to much or not enough? Eventually I want to add red cherry shrimp to this tank.
Thanks!

eco complete as a substrate, well planted and a sponge/air bubbler filter.

Not normal, but the turning white is a sign they are likely going to die.

What are the water parameters?
Ammonia
Nitrite
and Nitrate?

How long has this tank been running? Do you know if you have an established beneficial bacteria colony in the filter?
