So I've just set up my southeast asian tank (40 gallon breeder) and stocked it with cherry barbs, checker barbs, brilliant rasboras, and a scarlet badis. I also just got a pretty big order of plants (java moss, crypts, Val asiatica, rotalas indica, and a Java fern) and it's looking pretty good. I would LOVE to have a shrimp population in the tank as well, but figured I'd check compatibility.
I also plan on adding kuhli loaches and (hopefully ) a freshwater neon blue goby or two. Anyone see any issues with adding ghost shrimp or something (very open to suggestions for southeast asian inverts) similar into a fairly new tank like mine?
