I have a nano tank with about 15 Blue Pearls and I bought some Fissiden a couple days ago that came with 2 Blue Dream hitchhikers. I know that they are 2 different species but would they still interbreed since they're both Neocaridina? If they do what color would they produce? I could always cull any "wild types" if they show up and just move those to my other tank

Yes, as you mentioned they are both neocaridina.
Blue Pearl are zhangjiajiensis

Blue Dreams are Davidi previously Heteropoda ( I think I got that right)

As far as I would know they would breed. BPearl are blue breeding babies. The BDreams are the wild card, maybe would breed out over time wild color, maybe not. I do not know for sure what the babies would look like.

One problem with adding them together would mix them and hard then to sell with not knowing the actual shrimp/offspring would breed like they should.

Genetics of Neocardina

It is ok to keep them together but they will not breed true blue.
