Is it safe?

Is general cure safe for shrimp? I have worms in my shrimp tank that came on a plant and I am trying not to kill anymore shrimp seeing I lost all my RCS and one Amano due to daily water and gravel vacs to try and get rid of the worms.

What kind of worms ?
If they are Planaria those are easily killed off with dog dewormer that won't harm Shrimp.
