Aquarium Advice Newbie
This small brown snail must have been a hitchhiker on some plants into my tank. I found him yesterday with this strange white mucus stuff coming out of him, when I picked him up the white stuff fell off and I fished it out of the tank. I thought he was dead but since I was doing a water change I put him in the bucket of old water and he started moving again, so I put him back in the tank. Now today he moved across the tank and is covered in this white stuff again. Can anybody tell me if he is dead and I need to remove him. Also I think he is a pond snail and I'm not sure if he is good or bad for my plants if he is healthy.
