Malaysian trumpet snails

A this a baby trumpet snail? It looks like the google images I've found. I found it rot day during a water change that disturbed the sand.

Yep don't get rid of it they are very good workers! Probably won't see them a lot because they spend the day under the substrate most of the time and the night eating algae and left over food the substrate always feels nicer with them in my tank because they keep it turned over but note nought for my plant roots to get messed up
 
Yep, definitely keeping it around. Must have hitchhiked on my plants.
 
If you go to the lfs and see a tank full, ask, they are usually free.. Great little snails.

Lucky at my lfs they charge $3 per a snail no matter what type (no pond snails) so it's worth it to buy plants for hitch hikers haha
