I'm going to buy one, thanks for the photos!

I guess it should be self explanatory...but can you clarify exactly what it is? It looks like an air pocket at the bottom of the aquarium how did you make it and keep the air good and let the crabs in?

It works by trapping air inside of a bubble and since air rises, it won't escape the bubble. There's a hole in the bottom so the crabs can enter.

It comes with air hose and a control kit and a good size base to weigh it down with substrate sand is prefered I also have the ootional feeder tube. Once in and connected adjust the air for 10-15 second release and crabs have contiuous fresh air. I put some crickets in mine and released my crabs near the entrance and they caught on quickly.

What kind of lights are you running? Do you know which plants are flowering? Really interesting. That crab home is awesome too. I've never seen anything like that.

Running 2 4' stock marine land florescent bulbs t12s mid day I think that came with the hood. The plants that are flowering are anubia nana I also have crypt wendtii red, jungle vals, amazon sword, java fern along with malaysian and java driftwood

That's very nice! That little air thing is great for people who want crabs in small tanks, since decor for the crabs to get air would take too much water space up. Do you mind linking me to where you bought that? I would like to keep it in mind, in case I ever get crabs.
