Hey everyone,

I have 10 mystery snails, 9 of which were in a planted tank with co2 (the low pH caused their shells to begin to dissolve, so I moved them), I'm wondering what I should put in the tank or in the water to help them build their shells. I don't want to use cuttle bone, and I have South American cichlid trace elements (calcium, magnesium, etc) but I'm not sure if that will work or not. What should I do? Thanks

Why don't you want to use cuttle bone? Crushed coral will work, egg shells, offering them kale or spinach.
