Not another snail thread ...

I found a pond snail that I don't want in my tank. I'm sure there are more. I know how to trap them, etc. What I don't know is how to kill them. Assassin snails or loaches are not an option because I have mysteries that I want to keep and I'm close to overstocked as it is.

So, maybe this is a stupid question, but do I just crush them or what? I hate the idea of it - they're critters too, I just can't have them in my tank. What's the best/most humane way to get rid of them?

If you don't like crushing them, you can put them into a zip lock bag and put them in your freezer it causes them to go to sleep and it is humane

Post an add on here and give them to someone just for the cost of shipping. You and the person buying them will both be happy.
