I have had this snail for about a month and a little while ago he got a somewhat big crack in his shell I didn't worry to much because I thought it would heal but it hasn't and now he is acting lethargic. Also his operculum ( that's what you call it right? ) looks like it's deformed I not to worried about it but is he still ok to breed? Here's some pictures of the crack and his operculum

Oops forgot water parameters
PH = 6.8 I don't know why this is so low. Will I be able to raise it with water changes? My tap water has a very high ph.
Ammonia = 0 ppm
I do a 10% water change once a week and the tank mates are 4 other Apple snails and a guppy.

I don't know much about snails and pH. How big a difference between tap and tank?
