I think my shrimp have a fungal problem. I had noticed fungus on the dead bodies and thought it was only there because the shrimp was dead, but during tonight's pwc, I noticed it on the head and face of a living shrimp.

It's like filter wool (but I'm only running a sponge filter)

What treatment can I use that isn't poisonous to them?

I did a 90% pwc and thoroughly cleaned the sand and rinsed the java moss

give them a salt dip (aquarium salt), 1 tsp/gallon, scoop the infected shrimp in count to 30, take it out.

If you have bw dance or mosura eros (it promotes breed/molting) use it, and remove all molts until the infection is clear.

I don't know what those last are, but I have aquarium salt on hand. I will give it a go. Thanks!
