Can red cherry shrimp and sunkist orange shrimp co-habitat? If so, will they try to cross breed? What is a good food to feed?

If the "Orange Sunkist" shrimps are Caridina propinqua, they will not interbreed with Red cherries (neocaridina heteropoda). Unfortunately a lot of fancy names have been attached to different color morphs and the classification is difficult. The safest way is to either keep them in different tanks or to get them from a reputable source.

They will eat most anything that they find. Algae wafer, fresh foods, flakes, pellets, etc. Be careful not to overfeed. IMO, the number one cause for people losing shrimp is due to deteriorating water conditions caused by excess food.
