Red cherry shrimp breeding/food

What type of food should I feed my RCS there are shipping size ones and new born. Ordered them from the shrimp farm. com they were red in the packing and recently had fry. Now have a beautiful glowing red.

If the tank is established, you really don't have to feed much of anything and you could get by feeding lightly 2 times per week or less. They will pick microorganisms and algae off of stuff in the tank. Shrimp pellets are also appreciated by them and they will consume tropical flake foods as well. You may also feed them frozen brine shrimp and frozen bloodworms, among other things.
