I totally agree! Years ago when I first got into the hobby is started with a 29g, then progressed to the point of a dozen tanks, biggest was 75g.Small tanks are easier to scape imo
I totally agree! Years ago when I first got into the hobby is started with a 29g, then progressed to the point of a dozen tanks, biggest was 75g.
Now my largest tank is a 16g, although it's almost completely stocked with nano fish. I also have a 10g and 4 tanks under 5g.
This is my desktop, no tech RCS tank:
Started with a 20L and then this. Have 10 different types of shrimp. Both neocaridina and caridina. Working on a few cross breeds as well.

My shrimp tank isn't the most spectacular thing in the world, it's on the smaller side, but I did manage to get some cool pics of the shrimps themselves
