Snail id please

Hi all! I've just seen this little critter. I have pond snails and found a trumpet snail on my last clean, but not sure what this is?

Ram's Horn snail, pretty common hitch hiker on plants.

Excellent thank you. I suspected, wanted to make sure. Funny, I wasted my money buying a horned nerite when I got all these hitchhikers for free!

I've gotten a fairly large number of Rams horns now from being hitch hikers on plants and I actually prefer them to nerite snails because they don't go around laying white eggs all over my hardscape that are a pain to scrape off! I feel they do just as good of a job, I do still keep nerites in my fry tanks though.

Yeah, my glass is dotted with white eggs. Currently I don't seem to have anything capable of scraping them off! Maybe you have a suggestion.
