Anyone know what kind of snail eggs these are?

I have hitch hiker pond snails, ramshorn snails, some kind of snail with a flat spiraled shell, something that appears to be a baby trapdoor or apple snail, and a nerite- so pretty much every type of snail!
Whatever these are they are rock hard and embedded in the wood. I've been removing all hitch hikers that I can find because I just added new DW and would love for it to NOT turn out like this one haha.

Thanks for your input!

Aw man, I could have just googled nerite snail eggs to find the answer. I love my nerite, is there anything I can do to prevent it from ruining my driftwood?

Fwiw, the eggs will slowly dissolve away over time. But the snail will keep laying them. You can scrub them off with a stiff brush and not much effort if you want to do that. I just learned to not see them, it was much easier. Now they don't bother me at all.

I also bleached my wood, which lightened it a bit, so the eggs don't show up as well.

Hmm that's a good idea. I can't not see them haha they're horrible o.o
