Urgent help!

i have a 10 gallOn shrimp tank with 3 ghosties and 2 crystal blues. today i found one of my crystal blues dead and a ghostie feasting on it! my ph is 7.4
PLZZZ HELP

Someone just advised me today about ghost shrimp being predatory, check out post #16 of this thread.

I posted a pic of it in that thread I mentioned....thinking it's a poorly colored RCS. He's the lone shrimp in my Endlers tank now.
