New pond - when can I add fish?
I set up a new 100 gallon stock tank to use as a pond this year. I have plants in and a couple of trapdoor snails but I'm wondering when I can add a couple of (Sarassa) fish. The temp of the pond in the afternoon is at about 60 but I just checked this morning and it's down to 50 F. degrees.
Will the fish survive coming from the pet store to a cold pond such as this? |

(Sarassa), you mean Comet Goldfish, right?
Yes, you can add some now, as long as you acclimate them the same as you would for aquarium fish, float the bag, etc... |
