Red Water, Dead Fish

I woke up this morning and went out to check my pond like I do every morning. The water was a rusty red colour, it want like that the night before when i went to feed my fish. I looked around thinking how weird it was when i spotted a dead sarasa commet. I got right onto a 95% water change. Everything seemed to be going well, then i went out about an hour later, i saw a dead koi and a dead zebra danio. I was really starting to get freaked out. Then 2 more danios died. My largest koi is now on his side floating, i hope he makes it.

Params: perfect, did two tests today, both read the same
Pond Size: 165gal
Resisdents:2 koi(one died), 3 zebra danios(all dead) 3 feeder goldfish, 1 subunkin, 1 sarasa commet(one died), 2 fantails

I have no idea what is going on :(

Is there any way you can remove the remaining fish into a QT tank/tub? I'd try to get them out of the ponds asap. Not sure what kind of filtration your using but maybe removing the fish and running some carbon will help clear up the water. At this point though, I'd probably drain it to get rid of all contaminants. I know that sounds drastic but without knowing what it is that's contaminating the pond, it's hard to know how to correct it.
Sorry for your loss.

I can only fit a few fish in a QT tank. It is only 10gal. Right now i have my two fantails in theere. The other fish seem to be doing better, i did another 30% water change and i think everything is pretty much all better. My largest koi is also in QT, he is almsot dead at the moment, he definitaly wont make it.
