That sounds fine to me. In my 80, I run a Fluval 404 and a Rena XP-2. It's a moderately planted tank and it helps me get better circulation

Sounds good to me, I run 2 cannisters on my 125 and one cannister and one HOB on my 75 gal. Even on my 29 gal I run a HOB and a small cannister.

Ditto, I have a canister and HOB in my 29 and two filters (XP3 and Eheim wet/dry) in my 55. I prefer a canister to biowheel because I can hide all the components under the tank.

In all the conversations I've had here in AA . . . .NEVER has anyone said to me "WAIT, WOAH! Thats TOO much filtration!"

I got 4 canisters and 1hob that circulates the tank water ova 8 times an hour! i have problems but its not from ova filtration. As long as the tank isn't a whirlpool it should be fine!
