Senegal Bichir in an outside pond? - Aquarium Advice

Could I put a few Senegal Bichir in a pond with Butterfly Koi and Comets?

I am not familiar with that fish at all, but it would seem that climate might be a big factor. Where do you live?

Climate would be a huge factor....anything North of Florida (except parts of Arizona, etc) would be too cool most of the year, and even in Florida, the fish would need to come in before winter, as water temps would need to be above 76ºF. Koi and comets would not be suitable pond-mates.
