Hello everyone. I'm new to this site and went to the chatroom and was graciously welcomed to the site by Nanpat. I can't wait to talk to others in the pond hobby.
Hubby and I have been in the pond hobby for 26 years, importing, breeding and raising fine quality Koi and Goldfish. We had 14 ponds in our yard where we did this breeding and raising.
I am also really into water quality and making my own bio-filter and sharing this knowledge. I've got a great diagram if anyone is interested and for those of you who have green water or hair algae or have trouble keeping their fish alive, I have lots of information on the topic.
I will also be going to the chatroom every night and hopefully, some of the ponders on this site will come and join us.
Also, Hubby and I are back into the tropical fish hobby. We used to have a 45 tank fishroom where we bred different types of Livebearers and Egglayers.
