Angelfish water parameters

LiveAquaria says freshwater angelfish should be kept in water with a kH of 1-5 degrees, but that seems a bit weird to me. Plus it makes building a community tank around angels pretty difficult.


Question:
What's the highest kH a pair of freshwater angels would be happy in?

You shouldn't have to pay attention to KH IMO, unless you really want to be serious about breeding them. They'll adapt to anything. I never checked KH on my freshwater tank and my angels were happy.
