I have a aquarium with two Fantails. For some time now i have noticed that plants and decoration in the tank is getting covered in this red looking goo (best i can explain) They still eat the plants without a problem. All chemical levels should be in order to best of my knowledge. Is there anything i have to do about it?
Are my fish in danger?

Can you please provide us with some more info so we can better help? Tank size? Numbers for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph? Water change schedule? Any chemicals being added (including salt, water additives, ph products, etc)? A pic will help as well! Thanks!
