Black moor lazy!

My black moor is floating with her mouth facing down and when she swims she'll stop and all her fins droop

How are your parameters? Have you brought your nitrate and other toxin levels under control yet? Water changes are usually sufficient to help most fish but if she has been exposed to high levels for a lengthy time period, it may take time in healthy water for her to recover.
