They almost look stunted already.. But I don't keep goldfish either. They body shape just looks abnormal.

At this point, the small size when you bought means nothing, the max size is what matters. Get a pond or a bigger tank or sell em
 
I think you've done a great job in looking after your fish to date - the fish are very big!

However, I agree with the others in that you need to transfer your guys to a pond or get a much bigger tank. I would have thought at least 100-200g if they are common goldfish.

Your fish would appreciate some plants (real or artificial) to swim through and hide in - all of my fancy goldfish love exploring through the plants.

I'd have to say that the tank looks great considering how grossly over stocked it is. +1 for caring for them....
...but they seriously could go for a bigger tank or filtration with an aquaponics system. It's just not enough water for all that waste.

They look more "plump" rather than long and slender. Maybe it's just me. But I small tank can easily stunt fish from the inside where their outside stops growing but the inside does not. Resulting in sickness/or early death.
