Goldfish got stuck...

My Ryukin got stuck in a piece of wood... Will his/her Injuries heal on their own? She's a little red with a couple very small open sores.

She got her face/head stuck? Silly fish! She will be fine- just keep the water extra healthy and nitrates very low. One of my ryukins did something similar not too long ago. Forgot to cover a filter tube up after a wc and found him with his face stuck inside. The red ring around his head and through his eyes is finally fading. No worries but remove the dw or anything else there's a potential for getting stuck.

Can't remove the driftwood because of a pleco(; but. I loosened it out if the gravel so she can't get stuck again. Thanks again Jlk!

Yeah, like jlk said, just make sure that your water is extra clean, like adding 1 extra change per week until it's healed and it should heal fairly fast!

Won't a little bit of aquarium salt help?
