Toads picked my pond for a nursery and laid huge amounts of eggs. Fortunately the tadpoles have thinned out to a manageable number.

I'm wondering, how long does it take the tadpoles to become toads? They hatched about a week and a half ago.

Couldn't find anything specific to the species by googling. A species in the same genus takes about 2 months to fully transform.

visit allaboutfrogs.org make sure you remember the .org

when i caught mine, it only took like 6 weeks, but they were already a few weeks old
