I have 2 small 2"-3" fantails currently in a 26 gal tank. I knew I would be upgrading soon.
I'd like to get a 3rd fancy goldfish but I was wondering what size tank I should get. The space I have available is in a built in cabinet. The space is 40"L x 23"D x 35"H. The height is not removable so I would need enough room at the top to maintain. I was thinking of a 45 gal but I'm afraid it would be too small for 3 goldfish. What would be the minimum size tank 3 goldfish would thrive in given the space I have available? Thanks for your help
