Ok, I have a cool colorful native I'm interested in just for fun. The Northren Stud fish, Fundulus Catenatus is a large topwater killie native to Missouri. They get large 4" and males are basically rainbow colored. I would like to know if they are aggressive, fin nippers, or display male on male aggression?
If I breakdown and do a 20gal native tank I'd likely want to add some darters or scalipns with corys (Not Native) as the clean up crew.
Please let me know if you know anything about these guys.
