Oranda not eating

I have two oranda goldfish in 35gal
One of the is not eating for two days and just sits in the corner, I don't know what to do please help.

The other oranda and the glow fish are very active just one oranda I don't know what happened.

35 gal
2 oranda
3 small glow fish
Live plants
40% WWC with prime
Eheim 2215
Eheim 2213
Pallets, flakes, green pees
Inline heater temp 72f

Is this a new tank? What are the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate readings? Two goldies in a 25 is overstocked, so my first suspect is water quality.

Hi it's a 35gal I did a water change twice in a week and also something did come out of his atomic and it was a small glow fish that he ate and now it's getting better eating and swimming

Ya me too I'm new to goldfish keeping, if it can fit in the mouth they might just actually accidentally eat one especially at night time.
