My 10 gallon tank may be overstocked. I have 4 gold barbs, 2 black mollies, 2 balloon belly mollies, 1 swordfish and 1 platy. What can I do to keep them healthy enough until I get a bigger tank (maybe a 30 gallon), in the next couple of months?? Don't really want to take some back to my LFS if I don't have to..

Go HEAVY with water changes! Continually check params, and if things get toxic, you will have to take some back to lfs

2- 50% wc a week and heavy filtration in the meantime. What's your filter currently?

Ok....I currently have a Tetra Whisper 2-10i Internal Power Filter that came with the aquarium kit...

May want to grab a hang on back or hob filter as well. I'd suggest an aquaclear 20..
