ACF??

Recently just got one. I used to take care of 2 of them for my class and I wanted one of my own. I got it from a local owned pet store and I'm not exactly sure if it's an acf? Help.

It's a 5 1/2 for now but I'm re doing my room right now but I'm getting a 10 gallon or bigger soon I hope

Also my school has a lot of old tanks. They want to give them to me but could I still use them if they've been used before with other fish?

Yes as long as it's not a reptile tank cud those don't hold water (arnt men to hold water)
