ADF fungus?

Confused as to what is wrong with this little dudes foot? What can I do to help him? He has certainly slowed down but is still eating and moving around the tank. I just noticed this yesterday. Got the best pic I could.

Is it shed skin? The skin tends to bunch up along the extremities. They also tend to get lethargic till done.

If it's lots of tiny thread like filaments then that is fungus most likely.

I'm by no means an expert on frog care. I know that fungus treatments involve dipping in certain anti fungals. This really though, is by watching videos on chytrid.

What I can say from being a herp keeper is see if any of your local vets treat reptiles or amphibians or able to give advice.
These are little animals so diseases progress quickly.
A Common treatment is Itraconazole. Again I would only use under the direction of an expert.
