Its hard to see because he won't cooperate. Digestion doesn't seem to be an issue. He is eating and behaving normally. Tank deets on my profile. He is in my 20g planted.

I've already tried a QT for two weeks fasting beside mashed peas with zero change. Anyone seen this before? Any input welcome.

Tankmates? I once had a dwarf frog look like that because he ate one of my sick neon tetras. Frog was bulgy because he was very very slowly digesting the poor fish. :(

Is he constipated or bloated? For fish shelled peas is a go to for either- not sure if that would work for him?

This is different. I've had one eat a neon before too. You could literally see the red and blue through the belly and it was centrally located. After a week of fasting it got better. This is way far right lowere quad. He is eating and pooping normally. Fasting, QT, and peas have not worked.

Tank mates sorry: 2 m dwarf gourami, 11 neon, 5 zebra danios, 4 peppered Cory, 1 assassin snail, 1 other male ADF. Parameters 0-0-10-20

:( darn. I honestly don't have any other ideas then. It's been a long time since I've had them (in college)

:sigh: Still there. Still behaving normally. No change for better or worse.
