I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum

I have noticed that in the last three weeks one of my ADFs appears to either have something growing off them or their skin is flaking or peeling off. Was curious if anyone might know what this is?

My params:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: less then 10
Ph: 7

My stock consists of:
2 adult fancy guppies
5 3 month old guppy fry(will be removed in a week)
5 week old guppy fry
4 card tets
2 ADFs

He's probably just shedding. They do that every so often as they grow. One of mine did tonight, it all came off in one piece, like a frog sock. It's kinda cool, kinda gross. They like to eat it too...

Here's a bad picture of it:

Haven't seen anything like that in my tank yet. Looks like its just coming off in pieces. Tried to get a picture tonight but he decided that hiding in his rock was a better idea. Haven't seen him since yesterday's tank cleaning.
