Hi everyone! I currently have a 10 gallon tank with a betta and 2 african dwarf frogs. The betta has been in the tank for a couple of weeks, and I just got the frogs 5 days ago. The tank is cycled, filtered, and kept at 78-80 degrees. Amm=0, nitrite=0, nitrate is below 40.

I started to notice that one of my frog's eyes is bulging a bit. It has also started to turn a little red. He is eating fine, but is somewhat lethargic and hiding. Any ideas as to what this is and what I can do for him? I am really worried! I am thinking it may be a bacterial infection? What is safe to use on ADFs? Melafix, primafix, and maracyn 2 have all come up in my research. Any help is greatly appreciated!

For some reason I can't attach the photos to this post but I have linked an online gallery I made.
